1. Respect Everyone, Treat all viewers, moderators, and the streamer with respect. Harassment, bullying, or targeted negativity toward any individual will not be tolerated.

2. No Hate Speech or Slurs, The use of slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory language targeting race, gender, sexuality, religion, and/or disability is strictly prohibited.

3. No Spam or Excessive Caps, Avoid flooding chat with repeated messages, excessive symbols, or walls of capitalized text. Keep all messages clear and readable.

4. No Self-Promotion or Advertising, Do not advertise other streamers, channels, social media accounts, or outside links without prior permission from a moderator or the streamer.

5. No Spoilers, Do not post spoilers for games, shows, or any other media without first confirming with chat that it is safe to do so.

6. No Political or Religious Discussions, This channel is a space for everyone. Discussions involving politics, religion, or other highly divisive topics are not permitted in chat.

7. Listen to Moderators, Moderator decisions are final. If you have a concern, address it calmly and privately, do not argue or retaliate in chat.

1. Nightly Alibi and The Liminal Café are restricted spaces intended for adults only. By being part of either community, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older without exception.

2. Minors are not permitted to be part of the Nightly Alibi or Liminal Café communities. Anyone 17 years of age or under is considered a minor and is not welcome in either adult space. Any accounts found to belong to minors will be strictly and consistently enforced upon.

3. This is not a personal attack against minors. It is a firm and non-negotiable boundary set and enforced by both Syzygy and Jio to maintain a safe, comfortable, and appropriate space for adults.

4. Age-based bans are subject to re-evaluation. If you were removed due to age and have since turned 18, you are welcome to reach out privately to request a review of your ban.

5. If a member is found to have lied about their age to gain access to either community, they will be immediately and permanently banned from both Nightly Alibi and The Liminal Café with absolutely no eligibility for re-evaluation.

6. If you suspect a minor is present in either community, please report it directly and privately to a moderator as soon as possible. Do not call it out in chat. Reports are taken seriously and will be acted upon promptly.
